The name of the resort "Nika" is kept after a majestic banyan tree. Nika means banyan in Dhivehi the local language. The giant tree is believed to be 355 years old and more is said to be home to many different types of birds and fruit bats. Deluxe Beach Villa

Family Deluxe Beach Villa

Located on the South-West side of the island, there are total 3 family deluxe beach villas on the Island. The villas feature one master bedroom with a King size bed and a second bedroom with a Queen size bed, with en suite bathrooms, open air shower ocean view, a large living room and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Water Villa

Located on the North-East side of the island, there are total 8 water villas on the Island offering a direct access to the lagoon. Also offered here is 3 level sundecks that make this place even more tempting and comfortable.

Family Water Villa

Similar to water villas, family water villas offers two bedrooms, living room and a spacious sundeck overlooking the lagoon and reef. With the sea at your doorstep, take a plunge into the water anytime in the day.

Sultan Suite
